DPK Associates, established in 2006 (Regulated by RICS), provides the services of David Kaufman, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Senior Analyst & Expert Assistant (Quantum) with 35 years’ experience.
Over the last six years, David has predominantly provided senior analyst and expert assistant services to quantum experts, in the construction, infrastructure and power sectors. David’s work includes investigation and analysis of project records, reviewing technical experts’ reports, drafting of quantum claims, drafting of expert advisory reports and drafting of expert witness reports/reply reports/joint statements.
